  • Pets are not permitted inside the park.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the park premises.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Accessibility

  • The experience may not be fully wheelchair accessible. Guests with mobility needs are advised to contact the venue directly in advance to confirm suitability.

  • Last admission is at 4:30pm. Please check the official website for daily opening hours and activity schedules before your visit.
  • Lunch or high tea can be redeemed at Noori Restaurant between 11am and 3pm. The restaurant closes at 4pm, with the last order taken at 3pm.
  • Children under 2 years are free of charge.
  • Children under 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Group size is limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session.
  • Please follow all instructions provided by staff and animal keepers during the orangutan interaction.
